I wish more things in life were this easy and effective. Bon is capable, courteous, cautious, professional in every way. He goes the extra mile to ensure the best result. My rugs were brought back to life, and look so much better. I wish I was doing this every year!

From start to finish I had a great experience with Lighthouse. Bob scheduled a time tat worked for me and arrived during the 2-hour time window we'd agreed upon. The job took slightly less time than he had estimated when he arrived. He cleaned two rooms of carpet, two full size sofas and a staircase. Pet stains that we thought would never come out were removed. The sofas look fabulous now, too. Well done, Bob.
